If you roll higher than them, every other character must take 1 drink of your choice, or lose 1 level.

After entering a new dungeon, each character must roll the die:
This dungeon is trapped! Any character who wanders off to the restrooms for any reason shall lose 1 level
Dragon! All characters must take 1 drink to defeat the dragon and gain 2 levels; otherwise, all characters must lose 2 levels
You've encountered a wandering monster! Take 1 drink to gain 1 level; otherwise you must lose 1 level
Drink 1 recommended house specialty and gain 1 level
All characters begin at level 1, and this is the lowest level a character can be.
Any character who spills, stumbles, loses something, or bumps into stuff must lose 1 level.
Whichever character is served ( anything ) first in a new dungeon shall gain 1 level
